Poor and Slow service I made an appointment to address a recall notice on my 2010 Passat. Apparently there could be sharp pieces of metal that could hit you if your airbag was engaged. When I made the appointment at 11:00 am I was told that it would take approximately one hour. I went to Walmart for the hour and bought some items were perishable and went back within the hour to find that my car was not complete. While in Walmart they phoned me after an half hour and said that my battery was dead. I told them that I had just driven it there and that it was dead as they tell you to leave your car keys in your ignition and that activates the lights which drains your battery. But after I talked to my husband he told me to go ahead and get the new battery. Little did I know that they charged me $69.50 to install a battery that takes 5 minutes to install. They kept me waiting until 1:00 pm which made me late for my next appointment. I had mentioned when I checked in that the spare tire continually makes noise in the back even after tightening several times. He said that he would have the mechanics look at this. That never happened. When I finally received my car i quickly unloaded my groceries and placed the shopping cart along side of their building. As I was getting into my vehicle, a lady from inside Northland Volkswagen started yelling at me to return my cart. I said if you hadn't kept me for an additional hour I would have had time. What has happened to customer service. More

When you have employees that have been working for them for almost 20 years and they are transmitting with ease their passion and enthusiast, you don't want to go somewhere else. I have just bought a new car (Atlas) at Northland and i would recommend anyone from the Sales team as they support each other and I did not feel any pressure from anyone at any time.
