Booked in initially because of some steering wheel button that broke. It was a special order part and they said they’d call when it arrived. I waited for 3 weeks and ended up calling myself and found out tha that broke. It was a special order part and they said they’d call when it arrived. I waited for 3 weeks and ended up calling myself and found out that the parts arrived. Booked in a week later and scheduled a regular service at the same time. The work order said the front and rear wheels were swapped (as part of the service) but judging by the brake dust on the wheels (significantly more dust is produced by the front brakes) it was apparent this wasn’t even done. The work got done which is great, but the lead up to it was disappointing. More

Excellent staff in every department and transparent. Went in for a tire swap and oil change. I’m not sure if the tire bags were reused but they were pretty dirty once returned to my vehicle with the win Went in for a tire swap and oil change.
