The sales rep followed up with me shortly after I picked up the vehicle to assure I was happy with the purchase. When I had mentioned there was a plastic piece that pops off the car, he arranged immediately for myself to bring the vehicle in. The warranty manager was great to deal with and arranged for an appointment based on my back and forth schedule from Vancouver and Calgary. All in all, the part still pops off, but I appreciate how attentive the staff are and that they follow up with a text/email to assure everything is fine. It really shows they care, which is hard to find in sales. More
