Did not put the seat back in its previous position, reset the settings on the digital dash and did not put the locking lug nut adapter back in the car. An oil change was done as well as a 30 point inspection. Overall my experience was interesting. Their report which included a test drive indicated everything was good with the vehicle. However, my check engine light has been and is still is on. Also, there were challenges with respect to the arrangement of a Uber for me. I was told I would be provided with an Uber voucher when ready. It took about 20 minutes for Northland to get back to me on arranging an Uber. It took another 45 minutes before the Uber showed up and I only received notification of his location 5 minutes beforehand. It was not clear as to how or when Northland’s arrangements with Uber were being made. I called them twice to get the info because my first message didn’t get a response. When speaking to Northland the second time, I was put on hold and then cut off. The Uber notlfication came though when I was on hold. As mentioned, this was an interesting experience. I’m not sure I’d go back to them given the “all good” report on my vehicle with a check engine light on. More
