I am compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience with Northland VW that has left us frustrated and appalled. We took our 2012 VW GTI to Northland VW for regular maintenance and trusted them with the with Northland VW that has left us frustrated and appalled. We took our 2012 VW GTI to Northland VW for regular maintenance and trusted them with the care of our vehicle. However, our recent experience has shattered this trust, and I feel it is my duty to warn others, especially young families, about their irresponsible and unprofessional conduct. As a young family with a baby, we rely heavily on our vehicle and need our tires to be in proper working condition. We have since moved to Vancouver and cannot return to Calgary to deal with this dealership in person. After purchasing new all-season tires, we went to Costco to have them installed. To our shock, the technicians informed us that they could not remove the tires because the lug nuts had been crossthreaded. The last business to handle our tires was Northland VW, and it became clear that they were responsible for this damaging mistake. We reached out to Northland VW, giving them three opportunities over the past month to address the issue. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they have consistently refused to help and have ignored our attempts to resolve the situation. This blatant disregard for customer service and accountability is unacceptable. Northland VW's excuse? They claimed that because this issue fell outside of a five-year window, they would not take responsibility. This is despite the fact that we haven’t changed our tires in that long—they were the last business to work on them! This shows a shocking lack of integrity and commitment to their customers. Despite having a history and records proving that Northland VW was the last to service our tires, they continue to evade responsibility. Adding insult to injury, the quote we received to fix this issue is upwards of $1,000, an expense we now have to cover out of pocket. We sought to be treated fairly and hoped that VW would assist us in resolving this issue, but it is incredibly disappointing that they didn't even bother to respond. A dealership we once trusted has chosen to operate in such an unethical manner. I urge the public to be wary of Northland VW's practices. If they can treat a loyal customer with such indifference and disrespect, they can certainly do the same to others. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to a dealership that values honesty and integrity. Northland VW has shown they possess neither. More

Did not put the seat back in its previous position, reset the settings on the digital dash and did not put the locking lug nut adapter back in the car.
