Everyone is friendly when I bring in my car. Charlene was very efficient in ordering an Uber to take me home while my car was being worked on. Before I knew it, the Uber was there to pick me up !! I always try to take my car in earlier in the am so it is ready sooner in the day . Charlene was great about having my car ready before noon, called an Uber to come & pick me up & I was home with the car !! I bought my 2018 Golf at Northland & I have always found everyone. very good to deal with !! More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Northland Volkswagen, and I have to say — working with Jeff was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and truly listened to what I was looking for. What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency throughout the process. There was no pressure, no gimmicks — just helpful advice and real knowledge about the cars I was interested in. Jeff took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and even followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I felt respected, heard, and genuinely valued as a customer. If you're in the market for a car and want someone you can trust, ask for Jeff! Highly recommend him and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle! I also wanted to give a separate shout out to Madison in finance who was phenomenal to work with. Went to pick up our new car, met with the finance person first and she went over all the extended warranty plans we could purchase. We waited politely and patiently for her to finish explaining, and then we first and she went over all the extended warranty plans we could purchase. We waited politely and patiently for her to finish explaining, and then we declined the extended warranty. She then asked what our reasons were for not buying the extended warranty and we told her them and declined again she would not take no for an answer and had to decline two more times before she finally would move on. these high-pressure sales tactics are insulting and not necessary, as far as I’m concerned no means no.!then we went to pick up the new vehicle. There was a low battery light flashing, and we were told that the technician left the door open too long and so we should drive the vehicle for a while and the low battery light would come off. Needless to say when the salesman was showing us all the options and how the vehicle work, he was not able to because there was not enough battery power. We drove the vehicle over 80 km that night and the light never came off. Therefore the air conditioning did not work and several other features. My husband had to take time out of his workday the next day to drive the vehicle in to have technicians look at it. This is unacceptable. The vehicle should be ready and operating properly without warning lights for the owner when they are coming to pick it up. I am very disappointed in this Volkswagen dealership. It should not be this frustrating and enraging to spend this amount of money. Don’t know if I would by a car from Northland VW again. More
