The purchase was easy and no pushy sales people. When we picked up the car, Ron was very thorough and took the time to walk us through each feature of our new car. The service manager Ivan, was very professional and helped us with some questions we had about the Volkswagen warranty. We came back in to order some accessories, Ivan ordered all the parts for us, and called us as soon as they arrived. Excellent Customer Service!
