While the sales experience was extremely positive and did not have the high pressure pitch. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the finance portion of the process. There was a lack of transparency regarding fees, with certain charges not clearly explained upfront. This created confusion and concern during what should have been a straightforward process. In addition, the interaction felt unprofessional at times, which detracted from the overall experience. As a result, despite the strong sales support, the finance process left a negative impression and significantly impacted my overall satisfaction of purchase. More
