While the sales experience was extremely positive and did not have the high pressure pitch. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the finance portion of the process. The salesperson was helpful, responsive, and made the initial stages of the purchase smooth and enjoyable. However, the experience with the finance manager was disappointing. There was a lack of transparency regarding fees, with certain charges not clearly explained upfront. This created confusion and concern during what should have been a straightforward process. In addition, the interaction felt unprofessional at times, which detracted from the overall experience. As a result, despite the strong sales support, the finance process left a negative impression and significantly impacted my overall satisfaction of purchase. More
