When I applied online I immediately got an email from the Manager, Dom Sia and was very impressed with his interest in helping me. I got a call from him and discussed my situation as I am a causal worker and my significant other was on disability for 2 1/2 years and had just returned to work. I told him that I went to multiple other sources and was denied as I had No credit on file. I was considered a risk to many being a casual worker. I was assured that they would do their best, as I have been "assured" by many others. The only difference is, is that they really cared about MY needs and told me they would do the best they could to see that I got a vehicle as I could not work at all living in the outskirts of the city with no public transportation so time was an essence. I then began to work with Lucas Cyr and was AMAZED at the time and the effort he put into my situation. He went above and beyond showing me that he really wanted me to get a vehicle. Then I worked with both Lucas and Holly Keech (finance manager) and I was totally amazed at their constant communication, they both showed me that I was a "Person" not a sale! They got everything together and managed to get me into a vehicle and I was able to return to work. Prayer works! I not only got the help I needed, I got a car that I could only dream of owning, a car that was picked out for ME and when I saw it, I fell in love with it! I drove away from there wishing I could shout to the world to "GO TO NORTHLAND NISSAN, THEY CARE!" I have had my vehicle for a few days now and when I drive it, it is with a smile because I mattered to them, and they worked so hard to make it possible! The constant communication was so important and I could name you companies and banks that I went to and once they saw "denied" they didn't even call me to advise me, it was like they just went on to the customers "approved". That is the difference between Northland Nissan and the other companies, even when it looked grim, they told me and kept trying! From one happy Northland Nissan to everyone else, go see them and you will see what I mean! It is people like the receptionist, sales staff, Finance and management that make the company what is it, they are the "frontline" and they way they treat customers (as people) they will always stand out as the BEST Car Dealership I have ever dealt with!! Our salesman Lucas Cyr was attentive, knowledgeable and really paid attention to our needs and took the time to get to know us. From the initial meeting to the moment Lucas handed us the keys to our new vehicle he was friendly, funny and a pleasure to deal with. Lucas Cyr, Dom Sia and Kyle Wilson made our vehicle purchasing experience fabulous! We will definitely return to Northland Nissan in the future. More

Best Customer Service I am extremely impressed with the customer service we received while trading I our two family cars for one. After countless nights of reading reviews I am extremely impressed with the customer service we received while trading I our two family cars for one. After countless nights of reading reviews and comparing vehicles, we decided that the Nissan Rogue (sport trim) was the best quality for the best price. Lucas was very professional, got his dealership to beat other dealershis for our trade in value's and provided exceptional customer service through the whole buying experience. After finalizing which vehicle we were going to purchase with our trade ins, we were passed off to Kyle (their financial advisor). Even though it was Kyle's 11th day in his new position, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our extensive questioning about the deal. Thank you to Northland Nissan for making this the best buying experience that we've had to date. We are very impressed and will be coming back for future deals. More

Worked around my work and after coming to the realization they forgot to do something on my vehicle aranged to pick up my vehicle from work and left me with a loaner. He worked hard to get the final numbers down to something we were comfortable with so we could leave happy, after the reality ended up being much higher than what we thought was initially promised (darn added taxes & warranties). The final process was extremely slow due to some staff in training; she was very nice & I understand everyone has to learn somehow, but perhaps more supervision could keep timelines for customers more reasonable. A very positive experience overall, though! I loved that we were shown around the service area & introduced to those we'd need to know in the future, it made us feel very valued. Thank you!
