Northland offered a good start, and while dealing with Tyson online and by phone I was very impressed. He went out of his way to ensure that all my concerns, which were many when dealing without viewing the vehicle first hand, were satisfactorily addressed. Most importantly, I misunderstood the final response to my offer, rejected it and turned to negotiate on another car, but Tyson, thankfully, came back to me a couple of days later. It was his simple inquiry as to why I had turned down such a good deal that saved me from making a mistake. He resolved my misunderstanding and, when I flew in to pick up the car, I was happy with a beautiful car and a great deal. I would recommend Northland Nissan to anyone, especially out of town buyers.
