They knew what I was looking for before I did! I want to say a big thank you to the staff of Northland Nissan. I went in to test drive 370Z and wanted a convertible. In no time at all, they were on I want to say a big thank you to the staff of Northland Nissan. I went in to test drive 370Z and wanted a convertible. In no time at all, they were online finding the one close to what I wanted. There wasn't the colour available I was looking for but they sent me pictures of my next top choice & I fell in love. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get the car in and put my deal together. The colour of the 370Z they brought in was absolutely amazing & I'm so happy they brought it in for me!. Tyson, Shawn, Holly, Jared, amazing service and super friendly...no pushy dealership here. I will deal here in the future and refer my friends and family for sure! Thank you again. More

Repeat Nissan Owner The Nissan name brought me into the dealership, but it was the excellent customer service I received that made me a 3rd time owner of another Nissan. The Nissan name brought me into the dealership, but it was the excellent customer service I received that made me a 3rd time owner of another Nissan. Lucas and Shawn were knowledgeable, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. I am now a very happy owner of a 2015 Pathfinder. The model I wanted wasn't available at the dealership and they were still able to locate the one I was interested in and bring it to Prince George for me. Lora in the finance department was equally enthusiastic. Lucas and Shawn are really great at listening to the customer and providing the right feedback. I loved the atmosphere at Northland Nissan. They are a relaxed and happy group. There is no pressure when you just want to browse. I would have given the dealership an overall rating of excellent, but the dealership itself is small and cramped. Thankfully, they will be moving to a newly renovated location in a few months! More

From the time you walk in, until you drive away in your shiny new car, they are consistently frien The staff at Northland Nissan are simply the best. From the time you walk in, until you drive away in your shiny new car, they are consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I particularly like how they custom tailor their interactions to my specific needs. If I need more time & explanations, I immediately get what I need. If I need less (e.g. In my case, I prefer to 'learn' the new car on my own time and don't require a lengthy orientation), they are very flexible to meet my needs. I have purchased or leased at least two dozen cars in my life from several different companies, and Northland Nissan is simply the best of any dealership I've dealt with. More

Lost Keys these men and women were totally awesome lossed keys in my daughters car as she was away on holidays after literally hours of searching in car drove these men and women were totally awesome lossed keys in my daughters car as she was away on holidays after literally hours of searching in car drove to northland Nissan and three guys helped me search no luck what could I do couldn't leave the car anywhere as it could easily be stolen . Frustrated after a half hour search in the parking lot at the dealer I went home to eat as I hadn't yet all day Made a apt to bring the vehicle back into the shop for a more thorough search It now became the shop mystery everyone had there head in there looking Still no luck they pin pointed to the front and lifted the passenger seat up and under the carpet near the megiminsion that moves the seat back and forth it was lodged under the carpet My stress was immediately gone and the hunt was over Everyone was as curious as I was as to weher it could have gone Hours of hand and arm searching in every nook and cranny in the vehicle.. This will be fresh cookie time for the wonderful staff that ended by day with a big smile Thanks to all staff at Northland Nissan More
