Exceeding Expectations! Very friendly, able to answer all my questions and his follow up after the sale has been great! He and Vince were able to come up with a price that I was very happy with in the end. Another great part of my experience purchasing my Jeep at Northland was that everyone there was super friendly and they were awesome with my 5 year old son! He was pretty happy to have a balloon, do some colouring, play video games and eat at their little cafe while we were doing up paperwork. I will definitely recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a new vehicle, actually, I already have! More

Great Customer Service I went to the parts desk to find out about some pricing on some Mopar parts for my 2008 Jeep JK. I asked mike about the 2016 Jeeps and he walked me ar I went to the parts desk to find out about some pricing on some Mopar parts for my 2008 Jeep JK. I asked mike about the 2016 Jeeps and he walked me around and explained all the new features and additions, it didn't feel like a sales pitch at all, he is that enthusiastic about the Jeep wranglers. I will definitely be coming back to deal with Mike for any Mopar parts in the future. More
