Fantastic Experience We recently purchased a 2016 Ram from Northland. Nathan Wium, Collean Dawley, and Grahame Wyatt. All ensured our needs and wants were met. And then so We recently purchased a 2016 Ram from Northland. Nathan Wium, Collean Dawley, and Grahame Wyatt. All ensured our needs and wants were met. And then some. Having previously purchased a Dodge from a large dealership in Maple Ridge. I must say this experience was a thousand times better. My wife and I will only be using Northland from here in, for all future purchases. Pricing was fair. Negotiations were handled promptly. The facility was very nice. Overall 5 star experience. Huge thank you to the team members that assisted us through this big purchase. More

Brian and the Northland Dodge team went over and above on everything, and I left with my new car feeling happy and appreciative with how well I was treated. Awesome Experience! I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my grandmother. Will Gilbert in sales was very accommodating! Buying a different vehicle can be a I was recently in the market for a used vehicle for my grandmother. Will Gilbert in sales was very accommodating! Buying a different vehicle can be a very stressful time for a senior, and Will did his best to make sure the process was as comfortable and stress free as possible. Once the decision was made on the right vehicle we moved upstairs to the finance office, where Jason Ruffell was nothing short of amazing. My grandmother is very hard of hearing, and Jason took his time to explain all the details of what was included with the new vehicle. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, new or used, I would not hesitate to deal with Will and Jason. I will be recommending Northland to everybody I know, specifically Will and Jason.
