Thanks Lisa! Lisa recently sent a customer of theirs to our Chrysler dealership for some service to be done. One very unhappy Consumer !!!! Had my truck fixed there in August of 2016, had extra work done to correct a fuel problem ( gas gage appeared to not work). They replaced the piece , Had my truck fixed there in August of 2016, had extra work done to correct a fuel problem ( gas gage appeared to not work). They replaced the piece , cost was $400. Picked up my truck, PAID THE BILL ( boyfriends visa) only to figure out that the gage STILL DOESNT WORK. I phoned them and they said it could be fixed where I was going ( I live in Kelowna) as it was under warranty. Well I took it here to another dodge dealership and they had got into the part and stated that because it had some extra work done on it before that the way the pieces sit the part they replaced was in fact a waste of time since the next one will do the exact same thing... The gage will never register full... So now the cost to that dealership was $500. And the part was $400. A total of $900. I spoke to SEVERAL GUYS AT NORTHLAND AND STILL RECEIVE NO MONEY.. we are now into February 2017... Nobody returns emails or phone calls. I just want my money they said they would refund me More
