Ripoff We bought a jeep wrangler in Feb. First we didn't get the spare key, then looking over the paper work I noticed that GRAHAM WYATE lied on the bill of We bought a jeep wrangler in Feb. First we didn't get the spare key, then looking over the paper work I noticed that GRAHAM WYATE lied on the bill of sale. The jeep had 158kms on the dash, which means that it had some test drives in that vehicle. The bill of sale says 25kms. That is FRAUD from the start. I tried to call and sort it out, but to no evail. So I called FCC. And then I found out that the crook who did the financing did not give us our extended warrant. WE DID SAY WE WANTED IT. the problems don't end there, the transmission is cluncky and shifts overly hard when shifting down. I messaged geno and he says the Kms have been added to the warranty, but no paperwork has been corrected. So I am guessing that is a lie as well. Now on to the the next issue. Not getting the parts I payed for. Once the weather warmed up enough, I attempted to put up my soft top. And wouldn't you know it. The rails are not there. I called them on that, and was told they were shipped out. That was almost 3 months ago. Nothing but issues from the start. Now I am going to consumer protection to make sure I get what I payed for. And then the service person lied to my face and tried to tell me they don't test drive wranglers...if you are looking for honest dealers and financiers, don't More

Horrible and deceptive. Bought a jeep cherokee from this dealership, had issues right off the bat. Took it in and was given the run around multiple times and treated as if I Bought a jeep cherokee from this dealership, had issues right off the bat. Took it in and was given the run around multiple times and treated as if I was dumb and making things up. Then when I was told I could exchange it the vehicles I was shown were half the price of what I had paid and they tried to convince me that they were higher priced and they were doing me a favour by giving it to me for the same price. Went home and did my research these cars were not worth as much as they said they were. They also never mentioned these jeeps had past transmission issues, they said all of them that had these issues has been brought in and updated yet when I took it in they told me it just needed to be updated which clearly they did not do to mine before selling. I recommend going to a different dealership, this dealership is known for deceptive sales practices. I will not be ever taking my business to them or letting any friends or family either. More
