Over the last 5 months I've dealt with many salespeople from Dodge to Ford to GM in Quesnel and Prince George and James Robertson stood out from the r Over the last 5 months I've dealt with many salespeople from Dodge to Ford to GM in Quesnel and Prince George and James Robertson stood out from the rest. The first thing that stood out is James was very family orientated and myself having a young family we spent time chatting about our children and of course this was very important in the vehicle I ended up purchasing. It had to fit not just me but also my family and James 'nailed' it with a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Crewcab 4x4. James opened up and shared a few stories about his family making my wife and I very comfortable and had us laughing a few times. I think we spent more time chatting about family than buying a vehicle a that I respected with James as he didn't come off as just some salesman that was 'all business'. But what impressed me the most with James is he looked at me straight in my eyes and explained to me that he did not want to see me driving off the lot in a vehicle I could not afford as we both had families and the last thing he wanted was to 'upsell' me a vehicle that I would end up not being able to afford putting undue pressure on a young family. One last thing, in my line of work I deal with management on a regular basis and James came off as much more than just a 'salesperson' he was very confident, professional, well informed and intelligent, I can easily see James moving up the ladder within his company. My wife and I both highly recommend James, you'll get a lot more than just another salesman trying to 'upsell' a vehicle.
