Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Ram. I was immediately put into the service bay and offered to either remain in my vehicle or go into the lounge, I decided to go to the lounge as Ram. The inside of the dealership was in top notch shape and the staff was friendly saying Hi or Good morning. While waiting in the lounge I was advised that my cabin air filter should be replaced which I thanked them for but will do this on my own. The service was very quick, when the young lady came to tell me I was done I was surprised it was done so fast and was told as it was slow everyone hopped on the truck to get it done quickly. I do not live in PG but this is my second time using this service and have been very pleased both times. I highly recommend the service dept at Northland Dodge. More
