This was our first time dealing with James and he was great to deal with, awesome with getting the kids set up in the game room and then continued to treat us like we friends not the next sale. We do not like pushy salesmen and he was nowhere even near that. I hope he has long career with Northlands I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. The minute we stepped into the showroom at Northland it was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, the atmosphere there is excellent. Don was a huge help to my mom, answering all of her questions and giving her his full attention, as did Jason. My mom had never bought a new car before so she needed special care and both Don and Jason delivered that in spades. I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to this time, because it was above and beyond our expectations! I must also mention the facility there, it is spectacular!
