The repair took too long and was not completed. They called me about two years later to tell me the part was in. I asked them if they were sure it was in and they told me it was. I took my vehicle in to have the work done at 830 AM and they phone me at 12 PM to tell me the part wasn't in. A week later they phoned me to tell me the part was in . I took my vehicle in and they tripped all the air bags, so I had to wait another two weeks for the passenger restraint to be installed. When I went to pick up my car after everything was "fixed", the fasten seat belt light and dinging sound would not come off even when you buckled up the seat belt. They said they would order a part. The next day, I went to pick it up and the fasten seat belt light would not come on or the dinging sound even if you drove away without the seat belt on. More

Thanks Ben and Jason Ben has been working hard to help me get me into a Jeep for a while now and my financial situation wasn't helping matters. I went in to test drive a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (my preferred model) recently, and Ben was fairly confident he could get me into a Jeep that day. I was doubtful as it wasn't too long ago that the banks wanted a sizable amount of cash upfront before they would deal with me. While they couldn't get me into a brand new TrailHawk, Ben and Jason pulled it off and got me into a 2018 Cherokee Sport (no money down) and even gave me more for my trade in then it's current book value.
