The team of Vince, Clayton and Collean do not, under any circumstances fall under that category. Each one treated us with respect and at no point were there any pressure tactics. Working in the service industry myself I can honestly say that this team takes the institution of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" to it's highest level. They make you feel , like you are part of the family. Keep up the good work!!!! More
Got raked over the coals, to put it politely Traded in a Nissan Rogue that I didn't get a single penny for trade-in, and "lien" on loan is quoted in a round figure. Wasn't told about the additional costs of Tire Warranty or Key FOB warranty. Was told the extended warranty would only be $2 a payment more, but was just told it's over $50/ payment. And I was just told that the price of this base model is truly HALF the price they sold this one to me. So much for taking a company at face value. Even when I first showed up, after my first test drive, I waited around for an hour and a half to talk to a sales person. More

Horrible I bought a brand new truck last year. Service was great on that end. First oil change they noticed uneven wear on my tires. Mechanic told me they must I bought a brand new truck last year. Service was great on that end. First oil change they noticed uneven wear on my tires. Mechanic told me they must have forgot to do a wheel alignment. Service center accused me of hitting of hitting to many potholes. Had to argue with them to get anything done. Second oil change they told me the same thing about my tires. Talked to the service lady again. She told me there is no way we will do anything for you this time because they just did an alignment . I paid for extended warranty and have never hit any potholes. After my visit I received an email telling me that the service manager would be calling me about my bad experience. That was three weeks ago. Still no call More
Terrible Experience I had booked an appointment over the phone to have the rain guards on my jeep fixed after the adhesive disintegrated a year after purchase and install I had booked an appointment over the phone to have the rain guards on my jeep fixed after the adhesive disintegrated a year after purchase and installation by this dealership. I booked an oil change for the same day. The day before my service, I received a call to confirm my appointment for the oil change and rain guards. I confirmed. Upon my arrival I was told to see Marylene Ducharme for my service. Marylene was abrasive from the start and told me I didn't book an appointment for an oil change, just the rain guards. They were able to perform the oil change at the same appointment. While sitting with Marylene I also inquired about having some clear coat scuffs repaired under my extra paint protection that I had purchased with my vehicle. Without looking at the damage, Marylene said it wasn't covered. I had brought my the coverage pamphlet and showed her where it stated it was in fact covered. She again, stated it wasn't covered and seemed inconvenienced when I asked her to look at the damage I was talking about before being so dismissive. Marylene looked at the damage and stated she would look into it. Upon my return to get my vehicle, (3.5 hours after drop off) my paperwork could not be found and I was left waiting again. When my paper work was found Marylene told me I could book my Jeep in to get the paint buffed on another day. My Jeep was also not washed during this service. Had I not have insisted Marylene look into it, I may not have received accurate information in regards to warranties and protections I paid for and expect to have access to. Sine my service appointment, I have discovered the rain guards are still not properly installed. I am very hesitant to book another appointment for the rain guards and the paint after this experience. More
