He didn't get frustrated with me changing my mind and rather was very open minded and tried to adapt to my requests. He definitely worked hard for the best price, and the whole time I never felt urged on to buy a car or pressured. Most importantly I felt like he heard me and through out the whole experience we were always making progress which resulted on by far a buy that made me extremely happy and exceeded my expectations.
