We bought a hybrid vehicle from Northland Dodge 3 years ago. The dealership still does not have a level 2 charger to effectively do recall work on the battery. The closest FCA approved dealership is a 7 hour drive away. Northland Dodge should not be selling vehicles they are not equipped to service. Stellantis has failed in this aspect allowing dealerships to sell vehicles they cant service. Northland Dodge is not worth any cost savings. Once they've aold you the vehicle, you will then enter a frustrating time of lack of service knowledge. More
