My Jeep Lisa was fantastic! I normally do not like sales people. They come across as being slimy, slick and will say anything in order to make a sale. This Lisa was fantastic! If she didn't know the answer to a question, which was rare, we'd find her at her desk researching the correct answer. If she had just rambled off some random answer that didn't really answer my questions I would have walked out the door. Lisa also worked with the parts & service department to get new studded winter tires put on the Jeep before I took it. When that was all done, she sat with me in the Jeep and went over everything. Helped me set up the bluetooth with my phone, showed me how the satellite radio works and the hard drive for storing music. Best sales experience i've ever had. More
