I see that you have a review posted even though you did not buy your GM truck at our dealership and did not even come in to deal on a new truck. I certainly want to reach out and see how we can rectify any concerns you may have had on previous purchases? I was not aware, nor are my managers, of any concerns with your previous purchases? I can only assume if you have bought repeatedly from us in the past, we must have been doing a good job for you or you would have gone elsewhere earlier? I also must say I am concerned that in your review, you mention "beware of any Northland Group Dealership", but have not had dealings with the other 3 stores? I am also very concerned you may have ben "coached" by another dealership to post this review? Regardless, I would really appreciate it if you would retract this negative review as it certainly impacts your salesperson and the other 100 employees here, when perhaps only 1 or two were involved, or 1 employee didn't fully answer your questions on your previous purchase and you are now impacting the reputation of so many. I also encourage you to come in any time and sit with our General Manager to straighten out, and perhaps rectify and concerns you have had? Hi Brent, I have had dealings with Your Hyundai, Dodge and now Nissan. Hyundai was good when they were on Queensway, I stopped by one time shortly after moving to BC. They took care of me, I was very happy. shortly after the move to where they are now, I had a problem with my Hyundai Accent and took it there I was given a written quote for $350 when I went to pick up the car I was given a bill for $1200. they could not justify the price and I ended up paying $500. My wife and I were in the process of replacing our Minivan and decided not to got through with buying after that incident. a couple years later we were left with no choice but to replace our Voyager and looked at all the other dealerships and reluctantly went to to Northland Dodge as I refused to even look at Hyundai after my experience there. (I loved my Hyundai and would have bought another but can't deal with Northland Hyundai. We ended up buying a 2006 Dodge Caravan from Steve Patrick it ended up going back 5 times because the "detailers" kept missing stuff in trying to clean it up til I finally gave up and had it detailed myself. The third visit was because they missed what looked like a melted Ice cream cone on the passenger side dash. We had issues with the the tire warranty on it where we had two tires fail back to back and had the service manger accuse my wife of purposely damaging the tires she contacted you about it and that was resolved.but it was always a hassle. My next vehicle was 08 Dodge Dakota had issues with the radio and was told that it had to have a software update and that my extended warranty wouldn't cover it and I'd have to pay $150 to do the update with no guarantee that it would solve the issue of it not playing MP3 CD's. My wife Then bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 wasn't offered the tire warranty and when she had a blowout was told there was nothing they would do about helping. then this winter I was reviewing the paperwork for my Dakota and found out that your dealership had a $7300 balloon payment tacked to the end of it that I knew nothing about. I did go to the dealership and test drove a 2014 Dodge Ram I did like it and even thought of going down south to buy one but the thought of having to take it for service at northland was not something I could bring myself to do Ram was my first choice but I could not bring myself to do buy one and went to Wheatons the service and attention I received at Wheatons is what I wish I could have gotten at Northland. My wife purchased a 2014 Nissan Versa from Nissan we like the car but again I signed my half of the paperwork and the Finance officer never showed or had me sign the Vehicle Armour warranty for $800. all through the dealing with them for this car we made it clear we were interested in the extended warranty for the car as well as Winter tires. Peter came back and and said they had financing for the car but couldn't get anything for the extended warranty and Tires after sitting around for about 20-30 minutes they went back to the bank and got approved for an additional $800 for the tires (That we still haven't received) I feel that if the unasked for and unwanted Vehicle armor warranty wasn't tacked on then we could have gotten the extended warranty that we wanted. I haven't bothered with going back to Nissan because experience has shown it's not worth it. we bought 2 vehicles within a 1 week period the customer experiance between Northland Nissan and Wood wheaton was night and day My Salesperson from GM has contacted me twice to see how I am liking my new truck. That has never been the experience with Northland. it's very unfortunate I like the Chrysler and Hyundai Products. I was not coached by any Dealership I would not deal with anyone that would even ask. as you can see that these are some of the experiences I've had I purchased Dodge 3 times because I like the vehicles and they have always served me well. I would be willing to sit down with yourself or the GM. as far as your companies reputation, I have been warned by many people to stay away from Nortland dealerships and have heard very few positive. comments

Interesting how You say you want t st down and talk and then never reply Typical Northland I will be filing a formal complaint about the mis dealings with my Truck how your Sales Manager did a finance agreement on a 2008 2 wheel Drive and filled out the Paperwork as a 4WD vehicle then hid a $7500 buyout. How many more fines will that add to your dealer group?
