They Just want to Sell you a vehicle - Service Sucks! In my view they just want to sell you a vehicle and that is it. The service afterwards leaves much to be desired. Salesman did not spend the effort to find out or answer my question about why black chemical crud was spraying up onto my vehicle, just said they would detail it and the same thing happened again after it was detailed. The various departments do not communicate between each other very well and then they do not communicate with the customer - especially service. I brought my vehicle in to get the screen unlocked (this work was booked by the salesman) so I could get a backup camera installed by a third party. The service department apparently did not know what "getting the screen unlocked was" and instead performed troubleshooting on the screen; service department found nothing wrong with the screen - they failed to contact me or the salesman that booked the work to find out what getting the screen unlocked meant.. Instead I go to pickup my vehicle and find that the work was not done. Clearly the Service department did not value my time or they would have ensured that the work was completed More
