I am very happy with the customer service I have received from Northland Dodge. I was able to look at their used inventory on their website and get lots of information prior to even walking into the dealersh from Northland Dodge. When I went into the dealership the next day, I was happily greeted by Kaitlyn Morris, one of the saleswomen at Northland. She had the vehicle I was interested in warming up outside ready for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable about every detail of the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had for her. Once I fell in love with the ride, we went inside and talked about my options in regards to financing. She was able to lower the price for me and work out a few payment options that also would work. She really took her time with me as this was my first ever bigger purchase and I was nervous and indecisive. I have not been to many dealerships and ones that I have visited in the past put a bad taste in my mouth, but working with a female in sales was quite refreshing and I am grateful that I was able to work with Kaitlyn. I have already told my friends and family about Kaitlyn as I am blown away by her customer service. I know if I have any problems or one day in the future if I decide to upgrade or trade, I will not go any other place! More

I walked in October 10, 2013 I was looking for a Van or small truck. Yet I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I have always liked a Jeep but found it was out of my price range for buying a new vehicle. There was no small trucks and the vans well I was unsure of. I asked Colby about the while Jeep parked out front it had caught my eye. White was not what I was looking for but it looked pretty "RAD" on a Jeep. I looked at the sticker price and thought oh geeesss.. what am I doing? Once again I felt it was out of my price range. My parents had bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee years ago and were very happy with the Jeep. My mom said they go through snow like a tank and last forever if you take care of them. Yes, I decided could I possibly make this work? Colby was so efficient and professional in making this happen for me, he made everything run smooth. I was left with no doubts when dealing with Colby. The best thing was he did not push or force me to make a decision my mind was made up when he showed me the perks and quality of the new Jeep Patriot. He did not leave anything out. I even got a sweet deal with the new rims I purchased from Northland for my Winter tires that they put on. We wheeled and dealed as I had a 2007 van to trade in. I would have liked to have gotten a little more for the trade in but in all, it was pretty reasonable. I had a good trade off with a affordable bi-weekly payment for my new Jeep. I was leaving the dealership very happy! All in all, this was not my first experience in buying a new vehicle from Northland Dodge. I had purchase a new 1997 Dodge Caravan that lasted me 15 years. I felt I had got my moneys worth so it was no surprise when I landed back there for my next new vehicle. Everyone there was more than helpful, right down to insurance, private or not? Insurance, finances, policies, guarantees, right down to the sales dept. for new rims and mud flaps to a ride safe and sound home. As well as all the Dodge team, but I have to give my applause to Colby, because even days later after I purchased the vehicle on Oct 11, 2013 I was coming back in for one thing or another he took the time with me and made sure things were right. I had forgotten what all is involved when buying a vehicle. He still checks in with me to make sure everything is alright... I would definitely refer anyone to Northland Dodge hoping they would get Colby to help them with their fabulous investment purchase. One happy customer :) More

Walked into the dealer not entirely certain of what I was looking for, after alot of discussion we came to an agreement upon what would be the best vehicle that would fill my needs. I wasn't even really looking for another vehicle. However when I visited Northland Dodge on the Thanksgiving weekend I was greeted by Kolby, he didn't put any pressure on me, as I think he knew I was However when I visited Northland Dodge on the Thanksgiving weekend I was greeted by Kolby, he didn't put any pressure on me, as I think he knew I was just browsing around. I saw the jeep and he offered to show it to me and offered for me to take it out for a ride. I didn't really have much time that day and Kolby offered me his card and said that if I changed my mind, I could just call or send him a text. Within about an hour, I knew I had to go for a ride in it! Kolby had the jeep warmed up and gassed up when I came back. Went out for a ride and within 5 hours I had a new to me Jeep! I liked Kolby's style of sales, I felt no pressure and the deal was done in a very professional timely manner.
