New purchase Lisa was excellent to deal with and was very knowledgeable. She is friendly and once the Jeep actually started into production she kept me updated. The only things I didn't like - the offer for two of my vehicles in trade wasn't worth the price of one of them and the wait for the Jeep turned into 3 months from 6-8 weeks.
