Dodge Ram 3500 responded

No one ever returned our call so we went down to the dealership. Most of the problems have been repaired. The missing Brake Release handle has never been repaired.

Dodge Ram 3500 responded

In January 2013 less then one year from purchase of the vehicle the handle broke. We took it to Northland and they had to order one in and were to call us. We never received the call. It was under warranty at that time. There were a few other issues that were to be followed up - no follow up call was ever received.
