We were greeted in a fast friendly manner and told although they were short staffed they would get to us as soon as possible. They offered to shuttle us anywhere we'd like while we waited. Our truck was troubleshot and repaired and we were back on the road in under three hours. We really appreciated the fast service and were helped by a competent team for a fair price. More

Professional and Friendly Our salesperson Emily Gjerde ,although I found out subsequently is relatively new to sales, handled herself as an experienced professional. When I asked a question she did not know she checked immediately and got the answer . She talked to the Shop Foreman on one issue and provided a detaile explanation on the merits of dual versus a single alternator on the diesel truck we were considering. Concerning price we made an offer and the Sales Manager through Emily got back to us promptly. We were not made to wait as if often a sales tactic.. I was actually negotiating a deal on behalf of my son who was at the time working on the oil rigs in Northern Alberta. Emily facilitated my sending pictures and she sent details on the truck features and options. The deal was done over the phone with my son and delivery to His home outside Red Deer Alberta with a stop in Hinton to sign papers and receive final payment from my son was handled flawlessly. In my over 40 years of purchasing vehicle I rate this as one of my best experiences More
