Positives: The dealer allowed an aggresive and lengthy negotiation to occur over new truck pricing. They went out of their way to make a sale. Negatives: The dealer did not formally present me with a copy of the options and features of the truck I wanted. My observations from the test drive and personal inspection of the vehicle revealed what I was buying. This is personal opinion but I think it is morally wrong for a dealer to sell a vehicle in the winter in northern BC without winter tires. I was able to negotiate half off winter tires but I was not happy. I'm originally from Ontario and I know the price of vehicles varies a little from province to province and from rural to urban environments but not too long ago my father was able to buy the same base truck in southern Ontario with many more options for considerably less price than I was able to in BC despite the aggressive negotiation. Kinda miffed about that. More

Jordan was great, very courteous and knowledgable. I have been there a few times and not been impressed by my salesperson so I never purchased before. I was initially contacted by Kaitlyn Morris upon my request for an upgrade. Through my previous purchase I had dealt with Chris Weissenmayer so was glad to know he was still available for discussing t request for an upgrade. The rate I gave is one of high performance because although there were slip ups with the PST taxes which caused some disruption in the smooth transactions I have previously experienced, I did not find it damaging enough to rate it. I appreciated the quick delivery and that my requests were noted and added in the purchase of the vehicle and loan. I would and have recommended your company to my friends and neighbors who have commented on my new vehicle. I have been asked why I am changing vehicles again and my response was "Because I can with Northland". Then went on to explain the upgrade offer after a year of paying my payments and desire to try a different vehicle for fuel effeciency, comfort and road handling.
