Excellent price and service Being in Victoria, I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle from Prince George. However the pricing was better than anywhere else in B.C. The vehicle was delivered all the way to Victoria for a very reasonable price and arrived in perfect condition. Vince was very accommodating, to make this happen. The Dealer who doesn't care about your vehicle after you buy In 2012 we bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel. It started to fall apart within the 1st year. January 2013 they were to fix a few items under warranty In 2012 we bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel. It started to fall apart within the 1st year. January 2013 they were to fix a few items under warranty but didn't have the parts. They never called us for the warranty items. It is now October 2014. We called them for recall items, plus the warranty items they never fixed. The service manager was to call us back Oct 21/14. No call. We called again on Oct 22/14 and stayed on the phone for 25 rings and no answer either by the Service Manager or the Receptionist. This business really needs staff training. More

Service Centre SUCKS Waiting for an appointment at 8:15 am and not being able to leave till almost 5 sucks. The other couple was there for 9;30am and there car was still Waiting for an appointment at 8:15 am and not being able to leave till almost 5 sucks. The other couple was there for 9;30am and there car was still waitng to go in to the shop when we left at 5 I am sure. Wow talk about being appalled with the service. I am glad we only drove 2 hours and not 5. Next time I will spend the money to go to Calgary where I got my car. Still probably be less trouble. More

They have no idea what their staff is doing This would have been the 3rd vehicle in 5 years that we would have purchased from Northland Dodge Prince George BC. I put a $1,000.00 deposit down on This would have been the 3rd vehicle in 5 years that we would have purchased from Northland Dodge Prince George BC. I put a $1,000.00 deposit down on a truck Aug long weekend. By the end of Aug they could not provide a unit for me so I asked for my deposit back. No problem will have it returned right away. So for the next 3 weeks I phoned in every week to ask where the deposit was only to be told that it was sent in the mail, is what I was told repeatedly. Week 4 I ask for the General Manager who goes to look for my deposit only to find it is still sitting on someones desk???? So he says it will be in the mail tomorrow. Well guess what a week goes by and still no deposit. So I call him back last friday and he says give it until tuesday, well it is wednesday evening and still no deposit. So once again I call him back and now waiting for a reply. It is quite apparent that my concern is at the bottom of their list as they have far more important customers to look after . So why would I ever buy again from a company that is so big they treat customer concerns as a inconvenience to them. The staff apparently just tell you what ever they think you want to hear, just so they can get rid of you.
