So I leave and get a phone call 3hrs later saying my truck was done, come back to the dealership and the guy tells me yeah we don't have the parts to fix the recalls, we will call you when they come in. I will never come back to Northland Dodge in Prince George! More

Listened to needs fulfilled them very profesional Tyler Miller was the only sales guy to listen to the specs I was after and find me the exact truck to fulfill those needs for the price I was willing Tyler Miller was the only sales guy to listen to the specs I was after and find me the exact truck to fulfill those needs for the price I was willing to pay. Dealership was beautiful and bright and all the staff I dealt with was profesional and curtious. I wasn't even considering a Dodge Ram before I talked to Tyler. He had the time to talk and listen, something I didn't get from any of the other dealers not to mention I am thoroughly impressed with the product! Good job!!! More

Service Dept needs work Took my car there at 7:30 to drop off for service. I was told I had to wait until the service Rep I dealt with got there as with the guy in front of m Took my car there at 7:30 to drop off for service. I was told I had to wait until the service Rep I dealt with got there as with the guy in front of me got told the same thing. So we both had to wait until about 8:15 just to drop off our car/trucks. Now to me that's ridiculous it doesn't take much to get a persons info and take there keys as there were 2 other reps available at the time that could have done so but they wouldn't as they didn't start the order. The dealership where I bought my car, when you bring in for service you walk you to the counter and any available person helps you regardless of who started the work order. That's what it should be like. The rep I dealt with was really fantastic and helpful I give her 5-Stars but the way the service dept operates gets 1. More

I'm an absolute sucker and should have steered clear I was sucked in by a salesman who seemed sincere and as soon as the finance papers were signed, he dropped me like a hot potatoe.
