3500 deisel truck battery? Pulled right in,girls took over and diligently did their tasks that included vacuuming truck out. Chase was my team leader(go green team) and handled my chief complaint with a good re-pore,but my only time I got apprehensive was when he told me that if they service techs could not find anything wrong,that I would be charged for service time of $70..I don't know if I should have felt like that; after I pd. over $70000 and got the best warranty to boot,and that when I have to inconvenience myself to take truck down there for a day ;it is for a reason,and Northland should ensure tech gets paid for that,and not me picking up tab.I'm writing this before I have received news yet of outcome. But to add ,the new shop is awesome ,lounge is pleasant, spacious,quieter,and the farmers bagel is delicious..Probably take my Hon there just to dine on that. And of course ,Harry is always a delight to talk to on ride home. More
