Answered any questions i had and when he didn't know the answer he took me to the people who knew the answer and didn't try to pull a fast one, worked very good on getting a fair price as well as going the extra mile on accepting my trade vehicle. when he handed me off to check with finances he left me with ryan who did a good job on customer service and explaining every step in what i would call full detail, he never tried forcing premium packages on me. he did a good job of filling me on on every package that was offered and aided well in selecting the right ones for me and my truck. i would gladly recommend these two with high confidence that they would excel in customer satisfaction and would do what would be required in finding the right vehicle the person requires not just finding a vehicle only to make a sale. well done gentlemen. This was my first Dodge purchase and the Northland Dealership Team was friendly and helpful. Will and Vince went above the call of duty to get me out of a lease on a V6 1/2 ton Truck that didn't preform on fuel milage as advertised. I was allowed to take the EcoDiesel for 4 days and the Ram 1500 truck was "as advertised" on fuel economy and over all its a better quality vehicle than the one I traded in (half way before the lease was up). I drive a lot for work (35,000kms per year) and even with the higher cost of diesel I will save $1500-$1700 per year in fuel. I would most definitely recommend Will Gilbert to anyone who asks. He's No pressure, asks the right questions and got me the payment I wanted. It was one stop shopping from Colleen in financing to Barton Insurance being onsite and everything was seamless and handled above my expectations. More
