We actually went in just looking at our options with no intent to purchase for a couple months. Tom and Vince found the best vehical match and the best trade in value for us within a hour. They worked hard to get us exactly what suited us best. Kal worked majic with our financing to put our payments exactly where we wanted. Since our purchase Tom keeps in regular contact with us checking on our van and insuring our satisfaction. When our towing package was delayed Kal not only loaned us his personal vehical for the day but because of the delay they fueled our van for free. We just came back from our first short road trip to the bowron river with my parents and we are more than satisfied with the performance of the caravan.
