The best customer service I have recieved! My husband and I had a serious problem with our Jeep Commander. The vehicle was turning itself off while we were in motion! We took the Jeep into Nort My husband and I had a serious problem with our Jeep Commander. The vehicle was turning itself off while we were in motion! We took the Jeep into Northland and Michelle in service became our guardian angle. Not only did they keep the Commander at the shop until it was absolutely safe for us to drive once again, they spent countless hours puzzling out what was happening to the suv. and never once asked us for payment for all the time it took ( 5 days!!!!!!!). They took it upon themselves to make sure the Commander was in perfect running order and we only had to pay for the parts that were required! We are more grateful than we can express to lovely Michelle, the poor tech who had to deal with my car, and the super hero service manager who made this whole experience wonderful, Many thanks for all that you guys did for us, Greg and Suzanne More

We got in contact with our salesman Jessi Janjui who sold us out first Dodge. He still remembered us. We told his what he needed and what we wanted and we're not picky about options or color. Just wanted a vehicle. Jessi showed us a couple options. We decided on one and as we were filling out our paperwork. Jessi made it very easy answered all our questions and helped us everystep of the way. From here we had to move on to the financing dept. This was very easy as well. The entire dealership was very welcoming and made us feel like family. More
