The service at the dealership itself was great, but the process of booking an appointment was horrible. It was over a 30min phone call to book a straightforward service appointment. Time management at this dealership is something that needs to be looked at. Was told that my undercoating and interior cloth protection spray would only be 2 hours, then when I arrived 1/2 early ( as I needs to be looked at. Was told that my undercoating and interior cloth protection spray would only be 2 hours, then when I arrived 1/2 early ( as I had received a call asking for me to be early cause they, not sure who they are but they wanted to talk to me ) no body did talk to me. Long story short, 8 hours later the coating was done, I could go home. Not pleased by this. not pleased at all. More
