Pofessional, friendly service I was kind of nervous as I had someone previously and was unsure about dealing with someone new. However Kevin Anderson was Fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not just "Trying to make a deal" It was nice to have a salesman to sit and have a chit chat with, and not just run off. He made sure I was updated on all info as he was getting it, and frequently checked if there was anything needed as we waited for the Truck to be washed detailed and for finance to be approved. I would have no problems with recommending him to someone else. For the finance area I dealt with Colleen Dawley. What a wonderful lady. She was so pleasant. I just loved dealing with her. She was super nice, knowledgeable, informative and went over everything. She is a wonderful person that is able to talk shop and then even throw a little home life in there. by doing so I was more comfortable and it didn't feel like it was all about business and move on to the next customer. I very much appreciate Kevin and Colleens help in the process of purchasing a new vehicle, as well as the rest of the staff that offered cold water on a hot day, and even bbq even though they were busy with their own clients. So polite and friendly. I left there feeling very pleased with the whole process. More
