It is ironic that I had first called the "other" GM dealership in town to see if they could book my car in as I was hoping to look at some vehicles they had, only be told by some giggling MS "LOL" of course not it is tire season we are much too busy to squeeze you in. Needless to say their loss and "Well Done" to the team at Northland, the service department was professional, delivered what they promised and made me feel like my poor old Chrysler was just as important as the shinier models in their shop. The whole sales process was awesome as well If you are looking for a sales man who is listening to your needs and who also hears what you really want, you have to talk to Will Gilbert, He took a tire kicker into a very very happy owner of a 2014 Dodge Challenger ( I love this car) and he knew it, he facilitated the sale and made me feel like I got the best deal that day.
