Excellent sales experience I went in to see what Northland Dodge had in their inventory for pick-up trucks. I was picky and was set on having certain options (4x4, tow package, I went in to see what Northland Dodge had in their inventory for pick-up trucks. I was picky and was set on having certain options (4x4, tow package, crewcab, long bed, etc). Robbie heard me out and immediately took me outside to show the 3 trucks that matched my request. He was very knowledgeable and easy-going, obviously knew his inventory well and what was in the lot. He followed up that same evening and gave me a quote for a brand new 3500. When I said I was more interested in a used Nissan truck, no questions asked he provided me with a quote and a finance plan breakdown, and also booked a test drive. My spouse took the truck for an extensive drive and Robbie was able to answer all his questions fully and even provide extra information we did not know or think about at the time. Robbie then negotiated with his manager to get us the price and deal that we were happy with. He also made sure we got a second set of keys from Nissan since the truck only came with one set originally. Overall, I would definitely recommend Northland Dodge and Robbie as a salesman as he was very professional, attentive and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. More

I have to work afternoons and needed some work done to my Jeep A huge Thank You! to service advisor Mike Vandenbrink and his team at Northland Dodge. I have to work afternoons and needed some work done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did Mike ensure that the necessary brake job was completed before 1:00pm, but he discovered that other work slated WASN'T NECESSARY and also had extra factory recalls completed, the car vacuumed, mats cleaned, and a HAND POLISHED car wash done!!! A daunting task turned into a fun productive experience!! Robbie went above and beyond to help us get into our perfect vehicle! This guy is grade A!
