Steve Nickolls the sales manager was able to find me the right truck even though it meant bringing it in from elsewhere. I went through the financing with Ryan Nixon who was very thorough and professional. He explained everything fully and I left knowing exactly what I needed to. All in all it was a great experience and I will be going back for any future vehicles. More

Par Minhas is rude and a liar! My wife and I were in earlier today to look at new vehicles. My wants a SUV, so I said lets go check out a Nissan, Jeep, Subaru, Chevy, ford. When I asked to talk to somebody about a jeep wrangler, Par Minhas was assigned to me and my wife. I asked Par to give me a price on a 2016 jeep wrangler, he then asked me for my name an drivers licence number, I asked par why I need to give him my DL number for a price, he told me it was to make sure I was a serious buyer. Northland Dodge is the only dealer that asked me for my DL number just for a price on a vehicle! Par just wanted to run my credit score! What a grease ball! I work for Canfor, I make 70,000$ a year, the way I was treated was as though I was jobless loser that just walked in off the street! Maybe my work clothes threw Par off! Par Minhas just cost Northland a potential customer as I am still going to buy my wife a SUV, just not a Jeep. Furthermore, I will not only will I NOT RECOMMEND this dealer, I will share my shopping experience at Northland Dodge with all my friends, family coworkers, and anyone who reads this! Northland Dodge is the only dealer that asked me for my DL number just for a price on a vehicle! More

Thank goodness for Tina McLean Anyone that knows anything about the the NLD service department will tell you that without Tina McLean there it would fall apart!! I wish I could write a review for every time I bring in one of my vehicles. The day Tina leaves that place is the day I have to find a new place to get my service done, I have 0 worry handing my keys over to Tina and the work that follows. I read negative review after negative review on the service department on here BUT I also see that none of those people are dealing with Tina and maybe from now on should call and ask for her directly like I do. Every person I talk to about where I get my vehicles serviced at are shocked that I still bring them in to the dealership but when I explain that I deal ONLY with Tina and send every person to her directly they all let me know they to will give them another chance and call Tina directly. Every person has told me after the fact that they too had great service from Tina and will only bring their vehicles in on days she is working. NLD should look at all the positive reviews and kind things said about Tina and make sure they keep her there, it would be a shame to lose her and the following we know she has. Great Job Tina and yet again for the 1 millionth time THANK YOU :) More
