Excellent service/ rescue I was in the middle of my work day (which requires the use of my vehicle) when it started making an awful screeching noise. I seriously thought someth I was in the middle of my work day (which requires the use of my vehicle) when it started making an awful screeching noise. I seriously thought something was going to fall out of the bottom of my Jeep. It was so loud other drivers were staring at me , and pedestrians were stopping to look at me as I nursed my vehicle to the dealership. I should say that the first thing I did was phone Mike Vandenbrink and ask his advice on what to do because he has always been so good to me and I trust him completely when it comes to my vehicle. When I arrived Mike was there to help right away, another gentleman took my vehicle into the shop immediately and removed the rock that was stuck in my brake. Mike saved the day for me and within approx. 10 minutes I was on my way back to work and all was well. There are no words to express how grateful I was for the service I received Friday Feb 26th. Thank you Mike and thank you to the gentleman that removed the rock for me. I am extremely grateful! More

Small dealership service with large dealership price It has been one year since i purchased a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.4L hemi six months after my wife bought a 2015 jeep cherokee trail hawk. Before purcha It has been one year since i purchased a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.4L hemi six months after my wife bought a 2015 jeep cherokee trail hawk. Before purchasing both vehicles through northland dodge I went to several other dealerships to compare prices and was amazed not just that northland dodge was able to beat the other dealerships in the area but by how much. I waited one year in hopes of being able to review the service department as well but luckily enough and in true mopar fashion neither vehicle has needed anything outside of regular maintenance. went above and beyond anything I've experienced I went to the dealership to start actually looking at vehicles after browsing online for a couple of years. I had ZERO intention of buying and when Ty I went to the dealership to start actually looking at vehicles after browsing online for a couple of years. I had ZERO intention of buying and when Tyler came up to me I immediately warned him that I wasn't going to buy anything that day and he was probably 'wasting his time'. He said it was fine that he would be more than happy to help. I took a truck for a test drive and he gave me some numbers. I warned him I didn't want a pushy person and he didn't push me. After bantering over numbers and seeing something I could handle I still couldn't sign the paperwork. Tyler didn't push me when I said I couldn't do it. When I left he contacted me once to see if I was happy. He made every effort to sell me the beautiful truck I now own and he did it without pushing me. He answered all questions I had whenever I asked. I would reccomend him to anyone. He was patient and kind. Jason was the my finance person. He was patient and went over everything with me several times until I understood. He did an excellent job. When I came back for my pro pack he even asked if I needed a loaner vehicle. When I came back to the dealership two weeks later to get my pro pack, seat covers, and remote start Tyler tracked me down and got me a loaner vehicle for the day so I wasn't stuck at the dealership all day. Michelle was a wonderful customer service rep. When I came back for my pro pack she checked on me regularly. Towards the end of the service day I was made aware that my seat covers couldn't be installed due to the limited time frame. I was devastated. I was upset that I would have to return and spend another four hours at the dealership. Tyler went above and beyond my expectations and found a wonderful young lady from finance, Lisa, who offered to install the seat covers herself. Michelle and Lisa both crawled into my truck and proceeded to install my covers just so I would be completely satisfied when I left the dealership. I was shocked and almost in tears from the wonderful experience. I expected Tyler to just wipe his hands of me once he made the sale, after all, his job was done, but he didn't. That is true customer service. And to have my customer service person, Michelle, seem to genuinely care about how I felt was an uplifting experience, Tyler, Michelle, and Lisa could have easily told me to come back another day but they didn't.
