Blew my expectations out of the water When I walked into the dealership it was as a last ditch effort with small hopes of finding a vehicle within my price range. Tyler took my budget seriously and went out of his way to find a vehicle that met my needs at a price I could manage (which was no small feat!). RJ and Rod helped make the price manageable as well, and overall I feel the team made a project of it. Tyler spent a great deal of time with me, ensuring I would be comfortable and happy with the decision. He went above and beyond on many occasions to see that I received the best possible service. I know I did not begin as an easy customer, so I am grateful to Tyler for his preserverance and commitment to helping others. Previously I would not have considered buying a new vehicle from this dealership, but after this experience it will be the first place I go when I'm ready to buy new. More

Performance, personified. Our weekend already included test driving a couple of trucks but we had no plans to visit the Northland dealership. On a whim, we took a slow drive through the well-stocked lot and decided to go inside. Tyler Miller determined our goals and developed a list of vehicles for us to view (at closing time no less). He then took us through the lot to show us each one, describing the details and fielding our questions with a relaxed confidence. The next day we compared, drove, toured, researched, and decided...as the dealership hosted an automotive industry related announcement from Shirley Bond, MLA for Prince George-Valemount. The Northland facility is remarkable from every perspective: with bright, modern, spacious architecture; cheerful and professional personnel; comprehensive automotive services; and best of all...a wide variety of great vehicles to choose favourites from. We shook an a deal, signed the requisite paperwork with the capable guidance of Collean Dawley, and drove away with a truck I'm confident we will be happy with for years to come. I am now a fan of Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Thanks Tyler, for a great experience in my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. More

trade in Traded in our 2013 van for the new journey which my wife loves so much more over the mini van it was tough getting the price down to where we needed i Traded in our 2013 van for the new journey which my wife loves so much more over the mini van it was tough getting the price down to where we needed it to be but Jarrett really pulled it off when I did not think he could the guy is a miracle worker sold me my two previews vehicles when he was in sales at the time and having Travor as our sales man this time around the service was still just as amazing as before you guys never let me down even though it was a tough road to get to where we needed looking forward to seeing Travor in the future when I trade my truck in.
