Financial and service staff were friendly and went out of their way to make it stress free. Although for me the music in the building was distracting and loud, Tyler made sure I felt more comfortable in a quieter place to go over details of the vehicle. Very Happy with my experience. More

Mike Vanderbrink Mike was very polite and efficient. The only reason I gave Northland Dodge 4 Stars and not 5 had nothing to do with Mike. He was excellent. It was t Mike was very polite and efficient. The only reason I gave Northland Dodge 4 Stars and not 5 had nothing to do with Mike. He was excellent. It was time. The service machine they needed wasn't working and they had to try and repair it which in the end took more time than expected. Mike was awesome he let us know but stll in the end "Time is Money"and so 4 stars it is. More
