Some hiccups but overall a very positive experience I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel sight unseen from Northland to be delivered to Alberta. The transaction was smooth and the price was right!! The I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel sight unseen from Northland to be delivered to Alberta. The transaction was smooth and the price was right!! The vehicle was delivered within 1 week which impressed me! There was some issues with the after market products upon delivery, however they refunded me expenses I was out of pocket to have those items fixed. Would definitely recommend them to out of province buyers! More

Fantastic Pulled into the service area and was greeted right away, was then taken to the lounge for a coffee while I waited for my truck. RJ came to see me twice while I was there waiting and explained what was happening with my truck . Over all a very good experience except when RJ told me my Transmission lines were leaking and took me to see a service rep who really didn't seam to care and told me to come back after the Holidays, If I wasn't still on warranty I'm not sure Dodge would be doing the repairs. As for RJ Dracheski in the Oil service area he was excellent to deal with and look forward to seeing him at my next oil change. More

Totally Satisfied! I had an idea of what I wanted, I had done a fair amount of research on-line, and had been in some email communication with Kevin. Right away his humo I had an idea of what I wanted, I had done a fair amount of research on-line, and had been in some email communication with Kevin. Right away his humour in his emails put me at ease and so when I came to the lot I asked to see him. We sat for a few minutes and I told him what I wanted and he knew right away which vehicle to show me, a new 2015 Ram Ecodiesel. I initially wanted a used vehicle but after going over financing, warranties, gas mileage (a BIG deal for me!) Kevin had me test the Ecodiesel, a truck I had coveted but didn't think was viable due to financing. But Kevin took his time, showed me how with 0% financing the price per month wasn't much different than buying used, and how the longer new warranty would provide for more peace of mind. I asked to sleep on it over night and he agreed, and the next day (a Sunday) both he and Collean, in finance, agreed to come in on a day off to finish the deal. Here it is a little over a week later and I'm more than satisfied; Kevin even had my trade-in picked up and when that went a little sideways he and Collean were quick to rectify the situation to make sure I was happy. Would I recommend Northland, Kevin Anderson and Collean Dawley? You bet I would ;-) More
