Excellent service I had a couple minor warranty repairs and a tire changeover done. The service was completed sooner than I expected and I was taken care of quite well I had a couple minor warranty repairs and a tire changeover done. Second time buyers As strange as it is, we traded our 2014 Journey for the exact same car and colour but a year newer because we were given an irresistable offer where w As strange as it is, we traded our 2014 Journey for the exact same car and colour but a year newer because we were given an irresistable offer where we could lower our interest rate and get a new vehicle. We weren't looking, or even thinking about trading our vehicle in when we were approached by James who came across our pre-existing file with the dealership. I was very, very hesitant because I loved my Journey so why would I trade it in? and we were comfortable with our payment amount and I didn't want to increase those. James had taken the time to explain and answer the 100's of questions that I through at him and was always prompt to call or contact me back at the 3 different numbers I gave him (poor guy). When we asked what our options were in the price payment area that we agreed on. We decided that the Journey was still what we wanted. Because we live quite the distance away we were offered the option to have our vehicle driven and delivered to us (which was what we had done on our first purchase) We opted to pick it up ourselves for several different but irrelevant reasons. After two weeks of communicating with James we finally were able to make some solid plans on a Saturday. Once we gave the dealership the go ahead to be approved for the bank there were a few hurtles and hoops everyone seemed to have to jump through and after being back and forth between Lisa (who sold us are first Journey and was fantastic to deal with both times), and James and eventually Vince as well. All three of them were able to get us the price we were firm on. When we arrived at the dealership, James had our new Journey already pulled out to the side and ready to go. Our time at the dealership, unfortunately was a lot longer, and stressful than we anticipated or hoped as we had our toddler with us who was very cranky and ran into even more roadblocks (that had nothing to do with the dealership) and everyone was really, really helpful! and understanding and considerate and patient with us. Lisa was fantastic! and tried to work around any solutions she could come up with to help us out with our roadblock we were facing. Vince was also fantastic in jumping through some hoops to make things a little easier and a lot less stressful. After all of the chaos was done, and we were able to sign the papers. James had already had our new plates put on the Journey, our winter tires switched from our old Journey to our new Journey and had everything ready to go. All we had to do was swap over all of our things and drive away. They were also so courtesy and considerate that even though we had taken until closing time to finally finish the deal and we had drove off already, James sent us a text almost right away that we had forgotten something when we were transferring all of our things so we could get it right away before we left town! The follow up on how everything was going with our Journey was great as well! More

I told them my max payment and they made it happen! I walked into the dealership on a crazy busy day knowing I would buy a new truck if they could get the payment I wanted. I told the receptionist I needed to speak to a sales rep and she called James over. I told him what I wanted for a payment knowing it would be tough to get a payment that low on a truck, but after looking through the lot and talking Brandon, they found me a truck with a few options I didn't need, but wanted, and they worked with me to get me the options I wanted. After everything was said and done, they got me into an brand new 2016 Ram 1500 and kept my payments within $10 of what I wanted to spend. Then they hooked me up with Jason to get the financing in place and he had me out of his office, keys in hand, within 20 minutes. Excellent experience overall! More

Mike went above and beyond with my vehicle last week by offering to replace the battery in my very dead key fob, topping up my washer fluid, and even Mike went above and beyond with my vehicle last week by offering to replace the battery in my very dead key fob, topping up my washer fluid, and even looked into weird stains in my backseat himself that randomly started appearing. He had even emailed me all the prices for full car washes/detailing for when the weather gets nicer. I'd definitely recommend going to him for excellent service and to have all questions answered.
