This started off a just a service of my husbands work truck, which led to a new 2016 Dodge 1 tonne truck for him thanks to the help of Kody Thibault & This started off a just a service of my husbands work truck, which led to a new 2016 Dodge 1 tonne truck for him thanks to the help of Kody Thibault & RJ Dar. Both were excellent to work with, each were funny & easy going. Not only did they get my husband into a new work truck, they were able to get me into a new truck as well, so now I am the proud owner of a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel! Both men went above & beyond our expectations with their phenomenal service. I would highly recommend both of these men, just absolutely fantastic service, definitely 10/10! Everyone that we dealt with that day were absolutely great to deal with, it was just like being with really great friends for the day! Mike Vandenbrink was also a super help, he jumped right in & helped my husband re-gear his new truck for work, which was a tremendous help to us! The new dealership is also fantastic as well, the attention to detail is great, from the moment you walk in the door, whether its for just a service or purchasing, Northland Dodge thought of everything, from a cafeteria style diner, to a TV room with toys for the kids as well as a lounge to sit & chat. We went in a few times looking at Jeeps, he spent the time to help us see if you could get 3 car seats in Scott was a great salesperson to deal with. We went in a few times looking at Jeeps, he spent the time to help us see if you could get 3 car seats in the back of a Wrangler Unlimited. He found a tape measure and helped measure, he even tried to round up 3 car seats from others in the dealership. Never got treated as a "tire kicker", always got treated like an long time valued customer. We did shop around and northland went above and beyond to keep our business. I would highly recommend Scott and Collean to anyone. More
