The first visit was due to a paint issue on the rear bumper of my Ram 1500. She was very helpful and provided flexibility making the experience as painless as a person could hope for. I was very happy with the outcome. I recently brought the truck in for a regular service. The cost of the service was a bit of a shock but I'll reserve judgement on that until I have a few more behind me and am able to see what the average cost is. Marylene has been great to deal with. Never again Specifically asked them not to rotate tires as I had just switched over from my winters the day before. Well, they rotated them even though there was a significant difference in tread! My "peace of mind inspection" should have included a written report, never received one. My brake service should have included a road test and report. I find it hard to believe they did it as it came out with the same mileage it went in with. And no report! Shuttle service took over an hour for pickup! I've never had a good experience there, figured id try again in the new shop but still disappointed. It seemed like most staff was on a coffee break!
