Was met punctually with a spacious drive through, they vacuumed out the truck, went over the work order (no up-sell from the basic oil change I requested) and dropped me off. Was completed early, they didn't charge me for a small item and the truck was washed. Instead of having to find my truck jammed in the corner of the old lot downtown, the service advisor personally walked me out to my clean vehicle to ensure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the new facility and approach! Will do my oil changes/services here. More

Outstanding oil change service I received excellent service when getting the oil changed in my jeep. It was near the end of the day, I had a marker light not working the guys tried I received excellent service when getting the oil changed in my jeep. It was near the end of the day, I had a marker light not working the guys tried to change it but realize it had corrosion and needed to replace the harness. Madison, Devan and Dustin did their best to find the part, but needed to be ordered in. So they put in motion to have the part ordered and my jeep booked in for service the day the part comes in. The best truck buying and continued support I have ever had! I now own my third new Ram truck, the current one I purchased from Northland. I wish I had bought them all through this dealership. Not only did they I now own my third new Ram truck, the current one I purchased from Northland. I wish I had bought them all through this dealership. Not only did they go out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the deal I got but they beat every other dealer on pricing for my 3500. They delivered the truck to me (I live at the other end of the province) and took my trade in back and ensured the paperwork and transfer was very smooth. I have been dealing with Collean Dawley at this company and she has been marvelous! I go to a dealer about an hour from home for service work due to the distance it is not feasible to go to Prince George to get work done & have experienced one headache after another with the dealership in my area. Collean has been there to help and advise on what I need to do to get problems resolved with them too. Collean continues to be a source of help to me and I will definitely be contacting her when I buy my next vehicles. I just can't say enough good things about her and the way she works with and treats me whenever I call. Way beyond anything I have ever had from any other dealership or person! Repair of Major Heating Cooling problem I found that when I returned to dealership with an existing problem Mike got right on the issue taking the van in imeadiately and had i I found that when I returned to dealership with an existing problem Mike got right on the issue taking the van in imeadiately and had it check out as soon as possible. he called me later that day i told me they would be replacing the engine .
